Now, they're trying to keep everyone who asked for a repair on the line while they wait on the fixed battery packs to arrive. But the turn around on fabricating circuits, manufacturing, etc is at least a month. They then sent them off to be manufactured.
I think that, inundated with repair requests, their engineering team rushed to fix the circuit schematics of the board. Seeing other reviews saying the board randomly kicked into reverse, and from my experience with the Blink Lite doing this before I sent it in, my theory is that this a problem with the board, and not an occasional bug. It's now 7/10, and no response back from them since 6/27. At this point I'm trying to either get a fixed board, or get a refund so I can get a board to use for the rest of the summer. I ask if the Blink S has this problem and if not, can I pay $150 to upgrade. I express the fact that I understand bugs happen, but I'd like to know what's actually going on here.
